l Process flow
1. Manually feed into the imitation material tray
2. The robot retrieves and polishes the material from the imitation material tray
After single-sided polishing is completed, the robot places the workpiece on the flipping transfer material table
4. The transfer material platform is flipped over, and the robot switches the gripper and re picks up the workpiece for polishing
5. Cut the material to the pick-up position and circulate it
Note: After flipping the small piece, the clamping position changes, so separate clamps are required for the front and back of the workpiece. (Two sets of grippers are required for a single workpiece)
Large items do not need to be flipped over, and other processes are the same as small items.

2. Radial floating electric spindle - deburring of mold line
3. Rigid spindle - milling cutter/wire brush, edge treatment and polishing
