Basic production capacity and basic requirements of the production line
(1) The maximum width of the roller production line is 1680mm, which can produce 4- unit cabinets . Product dimensions: see design drawings.
(2) Maximum load capacity of equipment at each workstation: 2500kg .
(3) Roller surface height of the roller production line : 280mm (final height is determined by the ground level).
(4) Height of the roller surface of the assembly station: 280mm (the final height is determined by the ground level).
(5) Production line layout area: approximately 50 meters * 1.4 meters .
(6) Total air consumption: Compressed air pressure is 5-7 kgf/cm2, and flow rate is no more than 0.5 m3/min (excluding air consumption for pneumatic tools).
(7) Production line noise: The overall production line noise is less than 80 Hz. dB (measured at a distance of 1 meter from the noise source ).
(8) The conveyor line must have sufficient stability and strength under normal working conditions .
(9) When people frequently approach the easily squeezed parts of the conveyor, protective measures should be strengthened. All sharp corners of the equipment should be rounded, and sharp and pointed parts should be coated with rubber or treated in other ways to ensure personnel safety.
(1 0 ) When the ambient temperature is below 45℃, the connection gap of the main line shall not be greater than 3 mm.
( 1 2) The horizontal difference between the upper and lower sections of the installed roller line shall not exceed ± 1mm .
( 1 3) The horizontal height difference of the entire line shall not exceed 3mm.
( 1 4) Parallelism requirement: The parallelism of the entire line shall not exceed 3mm.
( 1 5) Horizontal accuracy of individual equipment per meter: <2mm.
( 1 6) Each assembly station must be equipped with one five-hole socket and one one-to-one quick air source interface (behind the station). There must be no abnormalities such as air leakage, oil leakage, or water leakage in the air line. The air source connector is equipped with a three-element oil-water separator.
( 1 7) Power: The primary power supply is provided by Party A, and the voltage stability is ±10%.
Three-phase power: AC 380V, 3P+1N+1E, 50Hz.
Two-phase power: AC 220V, 1P+1N+1E, 50Hz.
